Tried to make an appointment here because I've heard good reviews about dr jetly. When I called to make an appointment the girl asked if I had access insurance. I said I had insurance through my work ( united health care ) and secondary was access. She said well we don't take access. Then when I asked if theyvtake my work insurance she said she doesn't know she would have to see. So I asked if I could make an appointment she told me I couldn't make an appointment until she saw my insurance card through my work. Well... I'm pretty sure they would have taken my work insurance. I have the best damn health insurance through my work. Their loss I guess. I'll shop around for another doctor. Sucks I couldn't even give them a chance...
