Here is your Monsoon Outlook for Tuesday, August 22, 2023, provided by the US National Weather Service Flagstaff, Arizona . A pretty average monsoon day is in store with another round of scattered storms developing. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop over the high terrain today, favoring north of the I-40. Tropical Storm Harold is moving in from the Texas Gulf and due to a high-pressure system over the plains, the storm will be pushed along below the system and is expected to enter Arizona this week.
