Here is your Monsoon Outlook for Monday, July 31, 2023, provided by the US National Weather Service Flagstaff, Arizona. Storms will develop late morning into early afternoon with action scattered across northern Arizona. The National Weather Service reports that the Prescott Valley area should expect showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 3:00 pm with an 80% chance of precipitation. Tonight the chances drop to 60% but are expected to occur mainly before 9:00 pm.
