Rev. Leonard Lee Meyers, Ph.D., 93, of Prescott, AZ, passed to his forever home on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, in Prescott, Arizona. Born November 7, 1928, in Corwith, Iowa, to Donald and Florence Meyers, Leonard ('Len') and older brother Lyle grew up on the family farm, walked to country school, and played high school basketball. Following graduation and work on the farm, Leonard joined the U.S. Air Force (Korean War), received communications training in San Antonio, Texas, and was stationed in Turkey from where he was able to make an influential trip to the Holy Land.
