The newest Prescott Valley apartments began framing in mid-July. What many thought was going to be a stand-alone garage adjacent the Findlay Toyota Center is actually the Town's newest housing project, Legado Apartments. The design is typically referred to as a 'Texas Wrap' or 'Texas Donut' where the garage structure is built first, then the apartment dwellings are built on the outside of the garage, wrapping it.
